Business Transaction

If Bryten is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred as a business asset.  In such cases, we reserve the right to transfer your personal information, without advance notice to you, in order to continue providing uninterrupted service.  In the event your personal information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy, a notification will be provided to you.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Bryten customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.  You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

To make such a request, please send an e-mail to support@bryten.com. We will endeavor to respond to requests made and provide the information within 30 days of receipt of request. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request.  We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identify or authority to make the request.
