No Hassle Returns! 

We want you to be thrilled with your Bryten order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund of the product price. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact support@bryten.com for help returning your product. Customers will have to pay the return shipping & re-stocking cost which is calculated by product price and size. Typically that cost is $4.99 and will be confirmed by our customer service. 

 

Orders from Bryten.com come with our 30 day return policy. No fine print or gotchas here! All you have to do is send the product back to us in the original packaging, with the product in the same condition in which we sent it to you (new & unused).  

 

Here is how it works: 

Orders from bryten.com can be returned up to 30 days from the original ship date. Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. That means new and in the original packaging. 

 

Your return will be sent to our fulfillment center where, within 3 business days, your shipment will be inspected, processed, & re-stocked. 

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This usually takes approximately 7 days. Depending on your credit card company, an additional 2-10 business days may pass before the credit is posted to your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Once your return is approved, we will refund the original purchase price of the product. Unfortunately, we will not refund any shipping costs. 

 

Our refund policy is exclusively for bryten.com customers. Products purchased from other sellers other than bryten.com, including purchases made at Amazon.com, are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased. 

 

Shipping only applies within the United States.
